We have some friends who will be in Orlando the same week we are, & we thought it might be fun for them to join us at the campfire & movie at FW one night. (Their kids are the same ages as our kids.)

However, they will not be guests at WDW. Not only will they not be WDW resort guests, they also won't have WDW park tickets.

Can they come to FW for the movie & campfire? If so, how would the parking be handled? (They, of course, wouldn't have a FW parking decal/pass.)

We haven't mentioned anything to our kids yet because we don't want them to get excited if it's not doable - which is why I'm asking! :)

(Add this scenario to the possible scenario of my parents perhaps joining us for 1 night at our cabin & visiting MK & Epcot w/ us on 2 different days, and I'm  )

Thanks for the help!

Having your friends join you is not a problem. There is a parking area at FW that does not require a pass(the old River Country parking). From Main Gate go just past the check in/returning registered guest entrance for FW and you will see the other entrance to the parking area(it is marked). Once they park they simple walk to the busses and meet you at your cabin or at the show.
