Camper Rental

We found a place that rents campers and places them at the camp ground. Has anyone ever used a rental place? If so who and if not, any advice would be helpful. This is our first trip, four kids and three adults!!

We rented last year, 2014, instead of driving our fiver from Wisconsin. We rented a TT from Greenberg, who places it at the Fort, as so many other Camper rentals do near or in Fort Wilderness. Check for pet availability, if you travel with them. Others will chime in about the company that they worked with. I plead the fifth on my rental!! Have a great time.

Quick question about Florida Camper Rental- we are using them in 2 weeks. Do they just acquire your site number when they get there from the check in At the fort? What if we do not have our site number yet ahead of time to give them ? Also do they wait at the site for you or just leave the key in the door for you when you get to the site? Just curious as we won't be able to get there until around 5:30 pm on check in day.

We are here now renting from Florida Camper rental- beautiful camper- we have the Elkridge. They already know our loop preference when we reserved with them, and they will do their best to get you in that loop when they bring the camper. They were just finishing setting it up when we arrived, and gave us a little walk through tour when they were done in case we had any question. Wonderful guy to work with- easy to get a hold of, and always answered my questions via email before arriving quickly. I would definitely rent from them again!
