subtract the ten, carry the four....divided by 2 posts......HEY, Ive had my share of points, lets leave it at that!!!!

They magically disappear after a short term of good behavior, apparently...Im at 0 points right now.....AND HAVE I MENTIONED HOW LOVELY YOU LOOK TODAY, RHONDA????


40 points is a pretty steep punishment, Terri....I would love to find that thread and read it!!!!

Good Morning Everyone. Rhonda was nice enough to send me a link to the guidelines - thanks so much. While I was reading the guidelines, I came accross some information that I believe you were looking for concerning violations and points. See below:

There may be times where a situation develops that is not covered in our infraction system. For those cases we reserve the right to take whatever action is needed in order to ensure that our guidelines are followed.

Argumentative Sarcastic Posts 10 15 Day(s)
Signature Rule Violation 20 15 Day(s)
Minor Personal Attack 20 15 Day(s)
Inappropriate Link 30 30 Day(s)
Filter Violation 30 30 Day(s)
Restarting a closed thread 30 30 Day(s)
Major Personal Attack 40 30 Day(s)
Attack on a moderator 60 30 Day(s)
Registered to Spam 100 Never

Posting under another user name while banned 100 Never
Penalties:
40 points - Unable to send private messages and cannot have a signature until the points expire

Well hehe...I got 20 for that thread, which by the way my comments were removed .. and 20 for the picture in my signature being to big...the 40 points are off me now though...I've served my time

Interesting stuff! Did it say "have a great day" at the bottom of it, too? Or did you add that in? I found it ironic and amusing

Thanks for posting it. I wonder if behavior will be any better after everyone reads it? That would be a shame.

That would have been funny if they would have added "Have a great day". I actually wrote that.

Besides some harmless fun, I have not really found anyone to be truly offensive. There must be other threads that get a lot more heated.

I completely understand. No hard feelings. I have never chatted on a forum before and was a little ignorant of forum etiquette. After being here for the last day, I can see how close all of you are and I think it is great. I appreciate being welcomed even after the rough start.

I have a website that I sometimes talk about on here, but I cleared it with rhonda, and I am not selling anything, it is just info for people that camp. I will put an ad on there for you if you "behave" yourself for a while . I also have a reciprocal link to the disboards on every page. I haven't been here anywhere near as long as most, but I am here "every" day. I used to be ejmbibb, and switched my name when I started the website.

I promise to behave myself. I will try and join in as much as I can. I have two young girls (5 and 3), so they are very demanding of my time. I work out of the house, but occassionally, have to go and visits clients at my real job. I enjoy all the discussions and silliness of this forum, so I will definitely try and stay on as much as possible, even if I am just reading all the comments.

By the way, have a great time on your camping trip. The weather here has been fantastic. You will not need snow boots here!!

Yeah there was one that the mods on the resorts boards just closed that was gettng downright nasty.
