For all the differing opinions on Bush and Kerry, can we agree that the McCain-Fiengold campaign finance reform law has been an unmitigated disaster for our political process?

Instead of taking big money out of the election process, it's actually responsible for a huge influx of soft, unregulated money that is, for all intents and purposes, untransparent and unaccountable.

Does anyone think this has improved the political discourse of our country, or added more transparency to our system?
