Camp Of Disney RP Part 3

Alana: "Dana, you wanna play?" Dana: "Um no thanks." She had no clue what hide and seek was.

Eric: He looked at Jori. "At least we got one person to play."

Josie: "I'll play!"

Eric: "Two, I guess."

Dana: She got up. "Um, I think I'm gonna go walk around, okay, Alana?"

Alana: Normally, she would have tried to persuade Dana to play, but she didn't want to upset her friend, after the trouble she'd been having with her dad and Dustin. She nodded, then looked back at Eric. "This'll be fun!" she said as she pocketed her wand. "No magic for me. At least none on purpose. I've got a nasty habit of doing it on accident."

Dana: She left, giving a sideways glance at Jori. Then she walked around, ending up in the forest, gazing around at the strange looking trees.

OOC: Refresh my memory, when I imagine this camp I think of Camp Half-Blood so my vision of it probably isn't what was described to be way back when, when Villianess came up with the idea, but is there an archery range at the camp?

OOC: Yes

OOC: Okay, thanks :)

Dana: She stumbled upon an area that looked sort of like her old backyard- at least the targets and weapons. There were targets set up, and there was a boy using a weird weapon. It was like a stick, with a string on it. He notched a sharp stick in the string, pulled back, and fired, obviously trying to hit the center of the targets. She hesitated, then walked up, wanting to try it.

Peter: As he was sure Phil would want him to practice over summer, he was working on his (slightly impressive) archery skills. After almost hitting the bullseye, he paused, noticing a very pale girl approaching. "Um, hi," he said.

Dana: "Hi," she said awkwardly. "W-what are you doing? It looked kinda cool."

Jori: She was about to stop Dana, after all 'Forgive and forget' but she walked away before she could say anything. *Oh well* she thought. "Great! Just a few more people and we can get started!"

OOC: There was a type of hide and seek I played at camp. It was where one person hides and everyone else split up to find that person. Once you found them, you would stay with them and wait till the last person finds them. The last person then hides the the process repeats. They could play something like that or normal hide and seek. :confused3

OOC: That sounds fun! Either way's good, I don't care :)

Alana: "Okay!"

Dustin: He found Jori, who was with Alana and Eric. "Hey, guys. What're you doing?"

Alana: "We're gonna play hide and seek. Wanna join in?"

-meanwhile-

Peter: "Oh, this? This is called archery." He held up his bow. "This is a bow. You shoot arrows, and try to hit the targets."

Dana: She nodded. "Could I try?"

Peter: "Sure." Within a few minutes, he got together a bow and some arrows. He handed them to Dana. "Some bows are harder to pull back. A one is the easiest. You're probably about a seven. The higher the number, the harder it is to pull back, but the more power it has."

Dana: She nodded, trying to remember it all. Peter showed her how to stand, how to hold the bow (she was left handed, so he had some difficulty), and how to pull back the arrows.

Peter: He stepped back. "Okay. Now aim at the target."

Dana: She nodded. Then, after a second's hesitation, she released the arrow. It landed on one of the outer rings of the target.

Peter: "Close," he encourages. "Keep trying." He went back to his target.

Jori: She nodded, "If you can think of anyone else who would like to join us, that'd be great!" She was excited this was actually coming together.

Eric: He took his pointer finger and thumb and tried to move his nose. He winced and there was a quiet cracking noise. He hoped no one else could hear it. He just wanted it to be healed.

Dustin: He nodded. "Sure! I'm in."

Alana: "Well, Dana doesn't want to..." She ignored the relieved look Dustin had. "Hmm..." Then she waved to someone walking by the lake. "Hey, Jenna!"

Jenna: She came over. "Hey!"

Alana: "Wanna play hide and seek with us?"

Jenna: "Sure! I haven't played that in ages," she said.

-meanwhile-

Dana: Dana was slowly getting closer and closer to hitting the bullseye, taking out all the anger she'd been feeling on the target.

OOC: I can't wait till we start archery in gym...

Dustin: He nodded. "Sure! I'm in."

OOC we were suppose to have an archery team at school. But they never got an instructor. :(

Jori: She smiled. Then she heard a faint crackling noise. Looking at Eric, she quietly said, "Are you okay?"
