I was planning on going to Halloween Horror Nights for the first time ever this year and was wondering if there are any restrictions on cameras (or "professional" cameras) in the park or in the houses? I read online that there were no pictures allowed in the houses (only in Orlando) but can't seem to find that on the official website. If anyone can confirm or deny this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

You can take all the pictures you want outside (ScareZones) but it is strictly prohibited to take any pictures/video in the houses or for the Bill and Ted's show.

Okay thanks- So will they have a problem with a camera just around my neck in the houses? Or will I have to put it in a locker or something?

I've seen plenty of cameras around the neck but you will be told by just about every TM you encounter not to take pictures inside the houses. If you could put it in a locker it would save you some aggrevation.

I wouldn't put it in a locker. You could miss a awesome photography moment. I usually where mine at all times but be aware some houses do have water effects.

you can take pictures inside 3 houses during the UHT/ultimate house tours.

i took so many pictures in the 3 houses on my tour.
you will see the great details inside the chosen houses and get all the pics of them you want.

but, during the event, no pics inside the houses.
it blinds the actors inside....

if you want details and pics, take the uht.
sign up with vip tours for it.

Just for clarification the only photography restrictions on any of the houses I saw was regarding video and FLASH photography. Too bad my 11yo daughter (who was the one who wanted to go) kind of freaked out a little bit after the first house (Winters Night) and I never got to go in any of the others. :sad1:

Here's a picture from a scare zone anyway.
