Is her charger unit dual voltage (110/230)? Most chargers are. France is on 220/230 voltage, twice the voltage of USA. She will need both an adapter and a charger that accepts 220/230 volts.

If her charger doesn't have dual voltage capabilities, you could buy a plug adaptor, plus a transformer, which will change the current. You can find them online at travel item websites.
