Hi guys, I have a bit of an unusual question here!
I'm visiting the states for what feels like my thousandth time this June, and am staying for 2 months.
I love to document my travelling and have a passion for photography and cameras.

So naturally, they go away with me whenever I travel!
I've got my Canon 5D Mk II, my Olympus Pen EPL-2, my Canon S95 and my Sony Camcorder (most recent addition!)

However, I'm doing a 16 day trip to WDW with my great friend during those 2 months, not to mention loads of trips to Disneyland, and the 2 of us are making our first trip to WDW waterparks!
I'm trying to document my 2 months better than ever, by filming each day and taking as many photos of us as possible, etc.

So now I'm considering waterproof options, as I want to be able to have my camera on wet rides, at the waterpark, in the pools, etc.

But I feel like I'm going insane by trying to add a waterproof camera to my haul! On the other hand, I've looked in to waterproof housings for my S95 and I'm just not sure how comfortable I feel throwing a $500 camera in to the water when it's not waterproof itself!
(Not to mention, I'd like to be able to hear sound and I know some housings block out recording audio!)

So basically I feel like I'm growing overwhelmed by camera options! To be honest, when I travel it's basically clothes, shoes and technology :goodvibes
And I've considered leaving behind my 5D (which I can't bear to do - too many great photo opportunities!) and I've considered leaving behind my Olympus as well, but I love the great quality and portability of it when I don't want to lug my DSLR.

It's not so much about how much space the cameras take up - more just that I end up panicky over which cameras to take for which days and which situations!!! (i.e. a day where we do lots of water rides but where I also want my Mirrorless with me, etc)

Sorry for all the rambling here guys - but what would you all do??!
Should I look in to the cheaper range of waterproof cameras, and add #5 to my bundle, or should I be focusing on a casing? (which I'm rather nervous about!)
TIA :flower3:

You seem to have most of the photographic angles (no pun intended) covered. If its within the budget, I would add a ruggedized, waterproof P & S. I won't recommend one because being a Pentax shooter, it would be one of the new Optio WG-3 series cameras. IMHO, that is the simplest solution.

Have you thought about adding something like a GoPro for your waterproof option? If you primarily planing on shooting photos it probably isn't the answer but if you are looking at taking a decent amount of video I would look into one. The video quality is very impressive and the wide angle lens gives you video/photos you won't get out of a point and shoot. On our trip in 2011 I had a lot of fun shooting video on rides with mine and got some great video of my niece riding on BTM for the first time! Also attached it to the handle of our stroller and got a few hours of videos of us walking around the parks.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! :goodvibes

I'm definitely looking in to picking up a rugged waterproof camera now, especially as it'll mean I can finally take it on rides with us!

I have a go pro with various mounts ...head chest and pole etc.... its waterproof and it takes stills and video...a fab device and great quality for the money
