Camera Strap Cover

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this.

I want to get one, but the costs are a bit confusing. I see them on Etsy and i know everyone prices differently.
I have a Pentax camera and love it, but it's strap is 26 inches and most that are sold are 22-24. By the time I "add-on" all the inches, lens cap pocket, and padding the strap is more then $30. Are there any budget ones that anyone knows about? even if they aren't on etsy
