What do people do when you want to take one of those larger type point and shoot cameras that don't fit in pockets.
The size like of the cameras that u replace the lens but mine is not a replace lens type just point and shoot it's just that kinda size for xample.
It has to be carried in case it neck strap kinda thing. If I wanna take pics I'll need to bring it to the parks but when I go on a ride ? In the past we always had a small pocket camera so no problem
Thanks

There will be lockers for each ride that does not allow you to bring extra stuff (i.e. most of the rides). The lockers are free for the amount of time to ride, so you can't leave stuff in there all day. The only lockers that charge upfront (that I'm aware of) are the all-day lockers that you can rent for the day and the lockers near Popeye charge $5 (if I remember correctly).

I just returned from Universal last week and carry a large dSLR and medium size lens. The vast majority of rides allow you to carry your camera on the ride in either a small bag or around your neck. This trip (our first since 2014) we found the lockers by the rides far easier to use and very convenient. The other suggestion is to take turns riding and switch the camera off (like child swap sort of). Luckily whenever DH accompanies us to a park, he gets custody!

And kudos for carrying a camera rather than relying entirely on a phone to take pictures! DH and DS use their phones but I much prefer the ability to capture pictures with a good camera in my 'old' hands.

Cannot wait to see them!

Your pictures have to be some of the best I've ever seen, and certainly the best on this site! Will be watching for them ::yes::

You are so kind schumigirl! Glad you enjoy them...

I probably won't be posting any until the end of the week or so; need to create new galleries on SmugMug for them and add keywords etc.

Like @klmall said, just get a bag for it and take the bag on rides that allow that. We have a rather large DSLR and usually bring 2 lenses to the park. We have a camera bag that looks kind of like a messenger bag. It usually fits between or behind our feet on the floor of the ride vehicle. We don't take it on the water rides though; I just don't trust stuff enough for that. We don't usually ride the water rides anyway. Keep in mind that it could get pretty heavy carrying around all day, depending upon how big it and the lenses are and how many lenses you bring. Luckily, our camera and lenses are good enough that we don't need a flash for indoor rides or at night. It does have a built-in flash, but I wouldn't bother using it. Not having to carry around a bounce flash really helps.
