Just back from a fair in my area, highs hit around 85 I would say. I used the Camelbak hydration system ( Camelbak ), and for those of you who don't know what this is, it's basically and mini-backpack with a bag-like water container inside that holds a certain amount of water, this is insulated and can last very long. Anyway, as I walked around I periodically took sips and I have to say, I really didn't feel the need to get a drink throughout the day. I guess the sips took care of it. As for the Misty Mate, it was a life saver! I just sprayed it, and let the light breeze do the rest. I would highly suggest both things for WDW! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

My concern with the Camelback is it might be heavy to carry when full. Was it? Do you think it is light enough when full for my kids, 10 and 12, carry one?

Well, I have the 100 oz. one, I think, and I filled it with ice, not just the water. To tell you the truth, the weight of the thing didn't cross my mind once the whole day. It also depends on the water capacity of your childrens'.
