It is plain to me that calories simply do not count if I am A) sitting in a movie theater or B) visiting a friend because it would be rude to not enjoy all the yummy things put out for me.

We always say calories don't count if everyone eats some...so lunch with the girls - it is ok to eat dessert as long as everyone tries a bite
