I just thought I would let everyone in on a cool site! I have always tried to keep track of how many calories I burn during various activities...most charts show calories burned for a "typical 130 pound woman". Well, if you are struggling with weight loss, those kind of charts don't help too much. NOT that a 130 pound woman should not CARE, please don't misunderstand me...anyway here is the link if you want a HUGE list of activities, along with 3 different weight categories! I love it and have it bookmarked!
