Calling WDW dining for free from Canada

Just discovered an app that let me call Disney Dining for free! My 180 day window opened this morning and of course the website would not allow me to make my ADR's. So that meant I was stuck calling in at 7am. I wasn't too thrilled to have a 30 minute long distance call to the US billed to my phone. So I downloaded Google hangouts for my iPhone. Free call using wifi through the app! (I turned off my cellular data for the call just to make double sure that it wasn't using cellular connection) Worked like a dream, just thought I'd share in case anyone else could benefit.
