Calling WDW-DINE/PLAY ?

Can you call CRO, Dining, etc on the weekends? I know the info is out there but I've been searching and can't find it.

Disney Dining is open from 7AM to 10PM ET seven days a week. I'm not sure about the others.

Every Disney Reservation line is open the same times as Disney Dining 7am - 10pm EST every day.
