What are the hours of the reservation line? Is there a less busy time to call?
Everytime I call, they say the wait is over 45 minutes -- when the prompts allow me to access that information--it is never the same scenario each time I call (and there is never music to reassure me that I am still on hold) . . . I am calling long distance from Canada.
(I can't take an hour break from work to sit on hold in the middle of the day). Does it open up at 6am? I'd love to call before work if it is less busy.
Need to request something at least 4-5 days before my trip, and that deadline is fast approaching.
