On the last day of our trip this May, I was the package pick up guest of the hour at DHS and I won a pin.
(I actually thought this was kind of cool - my magic moment
). I'm not a Disney pin collector and don't plan on being a collector as I have way way way too many collections on top of too much clutter already. I fully intend to keep the card and put it in our WDW scrapbook, but don't want to keep the pin unless some day it might be "valuable"; one day when I'm dead and gone I don't want my kids to say "I can't believe she gave that away - if she would have kept it we could used it to fund our trip to WDW"
but as I said I also don't want the clutter. Right now it's bouncing around from place to place in the house as I try to decide what to do with it.
This pin has Tinkerbell with a blue cloud above and around her with silver stars and says "Where dreams come true". It also has the disney mickey head logo, black plastic mickey head pin back and "Exclusive Pixie Dust Pin" underneath the castle on the back. Are these pins a dime a dozen or might this someday be a treasured heirloom? If they are a dime a dozen then I'll take a photo of it on the card, donate the pin to a charity and stick the photo in my scrapbook next to the card.
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
