Which one is better for a 3 year old: Techno or Quest? I think one of these is actually a bit bigger, I just don't know which one. help!

the techno is bigger and heavier and imo overkill for a 3yr old, i'd get the quest.

however if you don't need a recline i'd go with a volo, much lighter. i use one for my almost 4 yr old, he's 42in and about 42lbs and fits fine.

I absolutely LOVE my brand new Quest!!!! I now have a little girl, so I wanted to get a girlie stroller. I got the Quest Mod Rose/Pink model. It has 3 or 4 reclining positions, a canopy with a pocket, a basket underneath (although it's on the small side, it suits me just fine) and it also comes with a rain cover. It folds so light and compact, it's just the PERFECT stroller.

Here's the model I just got:

It seems it's not available from Amazon anymore, but I just saw it in Babies R Us this past week. I got mine a couple of weeks ago from Amazon for $179. They also sell them on ebay, but in different colors. Check this out:
Blue and Green for $109 and $119 respectively.

Hope this helps you decide!!!

P.S. if you don't need a reclining seat, the Volo is a perfect choice for you! Babystyle.com is having a sale for $79.99...plus an additional $10 off! Check it out!

GOOD LUCK! :thumbsup2

Another vote for the Volo. This is what we plan to take. We used it last year for my daughter when we went out of town for 3 days and had no problems.

Love my Volos. We have 2 kids and they love them as well. Plus, with the mesh seat/seatback if you get caught in a sudden downpour while you are in a ride, the mesh dries really fast.

We love our Quest. The Techno is about 5lbs heavier than the Quest!

I got a Quest for our 3 yr old son last year (for WDW). I wanted something that reclined ( the Volvo didnt) and we were planning on another baby (who now uses it).

I'm going to throw a vote in for the Triumph. Very lightweight and easy to carry and more comfortable than the Volo.

Another vote for the Volo here!!! We were in the market for an umbrella stroller to bring to WDW on Feb 9 and last month we bought a Volo at Babies R Us for about $82 (last year's model, it was on clearance). My 3.5 year old LOVED it immediately! She said she didn't want her "big" stroller anymore. Plus is that it can be used up to 55 lbs and we can keep it for when we have #2. I had a little buyer's remorse right after we bought it, but we LOVE it. DH and I are both tall (me 5'9" and DH is 6') and we have NO problems pushing this one, it is made for taller people! And even tho this model doesn't recline, she sits back in it far enough that she can go to sleep - she just did that today w/ no problem.....and she actually looked pretty comfortable.

One more vote for the Quest....I love ours! It is pretty light and the handles are just the right height. I debated taking a different stroller to WDW, but I think I'll take this one as it has a basket and a raincover.

I also vote for the Triumph. I just purchased one for my DS3. I love it!

I've had a Volo for about 3 years now. We've taken it to WDW a couple of times and it's worked great. I have the older model w/out the canopy and added a Silver Cross canopy/seat pad to it. Maclaren has their own accessory kits for the Volos. The Triumph (at least some years?) is known to have a shallower seat so it may not work as well for older kids. My 7 year old can still ride in the Volo! So....if you don't need the recline, the Volo would be my recommendation and if you do, the Quest (although it doesn't have a carrying strap like the Triumph and is slightly heavier).
