Calling in to make reservation

When I go to book a room at AoA, it says no Little Mermaid rooms are left, but Expedia, Travelocity give a rate for it and let you book. I'd like to book through Disney, will they be able to find the room I want? What are the chances of that happening?

No. You'll have to reserve a Little Mermaid room through an entity that has Little Mermaid inventory.

I'd say it might be worth a call. I've had room categories be available over the phone that I was not able to see on line. That said, the answer might still be no, they don't have any available.

I lucked out...I logged in this morning and AoA had the Little Mermaid room available!!
