calling in sick to work??

Nope. I'm entitled to my sick time and my health comes first. It'll just last that much longer if you don't rest and let your body heal.

Plus, you won't be sharing your germs with everyone. And how productive would you be if you were constantly uncomfortable. My job requires a lot of focus. If I can't focus I could make a mistake that would be much more inconvenient than any sick day!

I never have and never will feel guilty about calling in sick - even when I'm not! I wish I had done it today....

I hate it when people drag themselves in even when they're ill and end up sharing their illness with the entire office.

That, and when sick kids are sent to school.
