Emma and Jess - My favorite song from Les Mis is On my Own. I also like a lot of other broadway songs like My Strongest Suit from Aida and Nothing from A Chorus Line. Heck I like a lot of Broadway songs. Emma, you're a soprano? I'm a mezo soprano. I for get what Jess is. Jess? I had to sing at a service today at school. I had a cold yesterday and I could've sworn that I saw our principal flinch on the high notes!!!

Had a little problem with the DSL Router we have today and I couldn’t get online!!! Yikes, I felt disconnected from the world. I spent over and hour trying to figure out what was wrong with computer and finally decided that our service provider must be down. Gave the kids a bath, put them to bed and started reading the cruise docs that came today. My DH hubby got home about an hour ago and it took him about five minutes to figure out that the router needed to be turned off and on. Wish I had thought to turn it off, we never turn it off and it just didn’t occur to me. I had turned off everything else and checked every cable connection! .

YES, I had the pleasure of meeting Estelle today and her friend Sue. Estelle had a great custom...wish I could tell you about it but it’s a secret. As Estelle stated, our formal gowns are very similar in color scheme and style…great minds think a like, or at least have the same taste in clothing.

We have two more children participating in the T or T, so that now brings the count up to 23.

Ginger – I know that Trevor is a toddler and perhaps one of the children traveling with Nicole is the 7 month old you are referring too? I have all the kid’s ages written down except for those four children. Do you have their ages? Also, Shari is my SiL, Technically she is an adult but she has some learning disabilities that make her more like a child. She would like to participate in the T or T with the children.

Can someone please remind us who is keeping track of what people are bring for the T or T?

Rory-Im actually a mezzo soprano too but I sing top soprano too. And sometimes alto now I come to think of it! Just call me multi-talented! Nah, Emma will do just fine.

Who do I need to tell what we have for Trick or Treating? Im pretty much 100% certain that no1 else will have the same things but you never know.

My team won 2-1 so I was able to do my physics homework. Tonight I only have english but that aint in till next Tuesday. I have to write a piece for the newspaper about anything I like. I just dont know what.

Back home tonight and still no docs. Are we the only ones waiting? I'm going to email DU tomorrow and ask about them - again I think it's because we're in guarantee status, but I want them so badly!

DD's dress and DS's tux arrived today (that was the package waiting for me) - they are adorable, but DS is freaking out slightly about the tux - he doesn't like it and wants to only wear his costume. Thank goodness I have 4 weeks to work on this (or in other words: come up with a most excellent bribe LOL).

I'm going to get my Halloween treats this weekend. I have a couple of ideas in mind, but I'll wait until I get out there to fully decide.

Im not on a team, it was the football (soccer) team i support that were playing on TV.

I was watching this programme last night about extreme animals. There is this frog that can freeze itself solid for years and once its melted, is alive again!

There is also a fish called a lung fish that can live without water. It shuts down it's vital organs and lives in mud until the next rain comes.

No more lessons for me till monday! Only have to go in briefly tomorrow for a target setting thing then I hit the shops!

And Rory, dont worry about being scatterbrained, im a blonde in disguise and im rather clumsy. There was one day in school when I fell over every lesson. And as for the dumb blonde things...Ill tell you about them in another post I think.

Howdy everyone!!!!

Our docs arrived while I was playing in Chicago. Fed Ex guy thought this was the safest way to deliver them.

Chicago was great! The weather was awesome! Spa-ing was amazing! Shopping was fun. Went to the American Girl store for the first time. The place was busier and the people were crankier than WDW at Chistmas and it was just a Saturday in September.

Now we are on the big countdown for the cruise. Looked at some "spooky" lights at Target today. DD wouldn't let me buy them because they were "spooky". (Mind you they were only these little purple and orange Christmas lights. But to her they were "spooky".)


Hope ya'll all are enjoying some beautiful weather where you are. The leaves are on their way to changing. Pumpkins are on the porch and the Hallmark store is waiting with baited breath for DH to get paid so I can go spend spend spend!!!!!

We are having great weather here in Maryland. It's raining, YEAH!!!! We haven't seen it for awhile. DH and DD are outside washing our trucks. Yes, with the rain water.
All done with the shopping stuff. I am sure I over did it. Now I have to do the part I hate. Washing and packing, drives me trying to decide what to bring and what not to bring.

Ray and Tony(PRYD) should have their Docs by now. I had them tracked down on Tuesday, they were in a Fed Ex truck on their way to Ray's house.

We're down to 28 days. YAHOO!!!!

I've told a couple of people what I have for T-or-T, I didn't know anyone was keeping track. If someone is let me know I will email or PM my list to you. I do agree with Emma, doubt if they get many doubles, except in candy and I am sure they won't mind.

Hi,

I was just looking at my DU booking, and noticed a comment that said 6 other rooms in the ship have booked through DU, if 8 or more book then each room gets a gift. Having read these pages for so long now I find it hard to belive only 6 others are booked thru DU - so how many of us are there??

Just thought it would be interesting to see!

Lorraine you all get a gift even if your reservations are not linked together. On most cruiseline if you have 8 or more staterooms booked together as a group the person in charge of the booking gets a free cruise.
Maybe all those who have book with DU should unite as a group and split the difference. LOL

Hey everyone! I cant believe we are down to 30 days!!

I got all of my Tor T stuff, now I just have to make up the goodie bags. I have enought for 24. I hope that will be enough.

Weather here has been HOT and every afternoon we have had rain. We are supposed to go out to Disney this Saturday, hopefully we wont get too much rain from all of those stinkin storms around us.

We just got a call from Disney today concerning our Jan 23rd cruise on the Wonder. They have upgraded us from a cat 11 to a cat. 8. YEA!! How cool is that!?
