Calling for Reservations

When you call Disney to set up reservations for something, can the CM help with any of your reservations -- not just for the activity for which you originally called?

For instance, I want to call and see if I can book the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage on a certain day, and if I can, then I will need to change one of my dinner reservations. I'd like to do that in one fair swoop. I know that when I made our PL reservations, the CM asked if she could help us with the other stuff, but I didn't know if it was that way for other things.
