I'm just curious, but with all of the IT issues people are having with MDE, and all the hour-long calls to IT, plus the lack of a toll free number, have any Canadians been successful in getting IT to call them back instead of shouldering the long distance charges themselves?
I'm having MDE issues, but have been hesitant to start sorting them out because I only use a cell phone, and my carrier charges 55cents a minute for calls to the US (which I never make anyhow - except perhaps in this case).
I just don't see why I should pay 20$ every time I need to call them so they can fix their problems.
