They hinted at this in the Stockholder letter last year...after visiting the site a couple of weeks ago I was not all that impressed by the new Fairies, I love Tink, but the new fairies well maybe they will grow on me.....nothing on the site was working when I was there a couple of weeks ago. I thought I would try my hand at creating a fairy but when I clicked on it got the message coming soon.

Is it up and running now?

Nope, not finished. I don't understand why organizations do this.. advertise something that isnt' finished! Just mean! lol
