Wow! It is great to see all the singles who love WDW. I am a DWF, age 41, from Chicago, IL.

I'll be at WDW from 9/3 to 9/10 and just can't wait! This is my first trip back to WDW since 1988. My ex just wasn't into travel except to see family. I love to travel and I am already contemplating a Disney cruise for next year.

Reading these boards is like telling a kid about a visit to a candy store - it just whets the appetite! Being an "immediate gratification" junky I decided I really needed a dose of mouse, soon. So I just booked a weekender for this coming Sat and Sun at Shades of Green. Heat be damned...I gotta go - no hotter in Orlando than it is here in TX!

Greetings Everyone from Canada,

I am a Single Disney Lovin Guy but everyone I know would rather go party and spend their money on other things than go on a vacation to a disney resort.

I have been to DIsneyland 4 times in the last 13 months, I even had to buy an annual pass (it saved me like $650).

My last 2 trips to DL i went alone and loved every minute of it, but at the same time wish I had someone to go on rides with and watch the fireworks.

I am 22, Single, 5'8, dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, 145lbs and I love Disney.

I havent been to DisneyWorld yet, Im currently looking at either going to Disneyworld or Disneyland in September for 8 days.

If anyone wants to chat drop me a msg

So I finally decided get off the fence! I'm a 37 SWF (wow...that crept up quick!) from Virginia Beach who has decided that Disney is a perfect vacation. I usually go every couple of years, and it's an easier trek now then when I lived in San Diego. Disneyland is just not the same.

I've usually gone with family and friends, but at the end of this month I'll be going solo. I travel extensively for work, so don't get bothered by dining alone, schlepping through airports with luggage, or having custody of the rental car. It would be fun to meet other people.

To me...this is MUCH less threatening than Happy Hour...

Its nice to see some singles saying they love to go to WDW. Ill be going in Dec to SSG, 53 and divorced from Chicago. Now if we only could get some single meets down in the world or local going so we can actually see we all exist. Have fun everyone.

SWF 52, going to WDW 12/05 for daughter's wedding. Will be staying for a couple of days after wedding. Don't think my daughter & new husband will want any company, haha. Would love to meet someone to share a meal with. I eat alone at restaurants often. If I didn't, I'd never go out. But never at WDW. I'm afraid it would feel weird. Would love the company of another Disney nut.

DWF 35 here. I'm not looking at this time, but am a little concerned at the lack of representation from my neck of the woods! I probably am the only WDW nut in the area at all, single or otherwise - like so many of you, I tend to get incredulous stares when I say I'm going back again. I remember seeing that someone was from Syracuse a few pages back - if we could dig up a few more people along the I-81/Thruway corridors, it would be great to have a "wish-we-were-there" sort of meet up here. Anyone?

I'm not looking either--I'm single and have a girlfriend, but she declined my invitation to go with me to MouseFest this year because she didn't want to hold me back--but I will be going solo November 30-December 8, 2005. I will be eating solo most meals but am not averse to company. One of the decisions I have to make are where and what to eat. I've decided, for example, to eat lunch at LeCellier and dinner at House of Blues on November 30, before heading out to Adventurer's Club for a Tagrel.com meet. If any solo DISers would like to join me for either meal, feel free to PM me.

From another thread it looks like there is a whole bunch of us DIS'ers at Pop during that time. Whohoo -- just a few more weeks!

I often go solo and have a blast. Being an early 40's swf, I find it to be a great time to really soak up the fun.

Any singles traveling on the June 3, 2006 7-day Western cruise? I'm a 37 yo DWF. Disney is tough duty as a single parent but I refuse to let my kids (7 & 10) miss out on the treasures of being young (and learning how to stay young!)
