I sweat A LOT, even in cooler weather lol. I also find myself to be a very salty sweater as well, at the end of my run last week (6.94 miles) my forehead was lined with salt crystals. Currently I use only GU's but wasn't sure if it had electrolytes (more specifically, not knowing what exactly an electrolyte is, does it deal with salty sweating or just sweating in general.)
I currently wear a Nathan hydration belt with one bottle water, another with GU and water Mixed, should I consider attaching a third smaller bottle with
NUUN tabs?
