Hi ya ladies! Good luck with the miles this weekend! I too have 7 to do but not sure if I can. I am still fighting the flu. Haven't done anything this week!I have been sleeping as much as I can in the hopes I will have some energy. Well, I am going to take some more Sudafed and gte back in bed. Just have fun with it, disney events are like no other. Many teamates to cheer you on along the way. It is alot of fun.

I just did my 7 miles too! Did walk 3/run 1, my time was 99:37. I am happy! Now i am eating and relaxing before i need to take dd to a bday party.
The Disney Marathon last weekend was WONDERFUL! But, I seem to have a stress fracture (or similar) in my right foot. D'oh! I really would like to encourage Jen to do the 1/2 so:
What are male WISHers doing for the Princess half? Running (after 7 weeks of recoup I should be able to walk it)? Forming a cheer group? Or should I volunteer (as if that's any *less* walking)?

Man, i am now understanding the benefit of Body Glide. Or whatever it's called..
When iwas on the TM yesterday, my inner thighs were rubbing against my shorts which were riding up, and i could feel the chafing starting -- i should have stopped for a min. and threw on my yoga capri's which were hanging on the clothesline RIGHT next to my TM, but noooo.. i kept going, and i knew it was gonna be red after.. it was starting to burn. LOL
Well, let me say, i am not too sore today (after my 7 miles) but my inner thighs are RED.. like broken blood vessels red -- i don't know if it was really bleeding, but pretty close..
So, all in all, i guess these long TM workouts are good for teaching me what i will be/ will not be wearing on race day!!!

I think I'm off to walk/run my 7 miles. I'll let you know how it goes. I've been lazy all morning but need to get moving now. I have laundry to do as well as grocery shopping. I'll check in later with my results.
