Temps are supposed to be warmer tomorrow - finally. Looking forward to getting outside for 6 miler.

The lettering is in reflective sliver, the same stuff the police use on their jackets.
I think it came out really well.

I just got a fuel belt yesterday. I bought an extra pocket that is large enough to hold my iphone and maybe a small camera. It came with a small pocket which is pefect for gel shots or those blocks and it has the four bottles for water already. I'll be giving it a try this weekend.

I love my Fuel Belt is all dirty and run down (has personality), I carry it in every run specially for my cell, u are going to like it

Christine? I think it was you that had the info to order the Bondibands? The number or email and how to pick it up at the Expo? I'm still on the fence about it, I think I bought a black one from the Minnie Expo last year and it's possible that the color itself just looked bad on me with the added Minnie ears I wore (i'm from MI, think ghost). I didn't think it looked quite right on me but am sooo tempted to do the pink one. If I don't do the bondiband there is a good chance you won't be able to tell my Jan photos from my March ones

I have just seen on the disney princess site that the tech shirts run small, so they say to order a size up!!!!!!
Could they not have said sooner?? and I wonder if we can change our sizes???? anyone know????

What size did you order? I ordered a medium but I am usually small, so if you like we can exchage at the pre race meet, let me know

I had a great run today, a 10 miler just a little slower than my goal speed, yesterday I did some speed at the local track I hate that, and another tempo run on Wednesday, a total of 19 miles this week, I am hoping to get a run tomorrow but so far doesn't look good a lot of stuff going on w/the kids and my hubby wants to start "training" Carmen for her race...does anyone has kids running the kiddie race on Saturday, do u think they shoud wear the WISH distinctive? by the way I want to recommend "The non Runners Guide for Women" by Dawn Dais, is hilarious and has a lot of info usefull for begginners/intermediate ladies runners, also the movie Spirit of the Marathon, highly inspirational, hope a good running weekend for all!!! blessings

Hey y'all! I don't know if any of you are Facebook people, but Jeff Da Runner put up a video of marathon weekend. He is calling it Wish 2009 Dopey Challenge. I started to tear up when he got to the part where he was taking pictures of everyone on the course with their WISH shirts. That'll be US in NO time at all!

I just finished the shirts for me and my DD's. I will post pixs later. I want to get them in the mail today...they have no idea that they are getting a skirt and shirt with their favorite princess on it. I used the LGMH thing Stacy made and put 2009 in the crown and Inaugural Princess Half Marathon in the head and used it on the front like a logo on the shirt. On the back is big mickey head with their favorite princess and name inside mickey head. Jasmine is on one and I got the jade running skirt, pocohontas is on the other and I got the brown running skirt for that one and I have Aurora with the raspberry color skirt.

I wore my new Bonita skirt today and the shorts are really like compression shorts...I got the gray and it was fine.

I was just looking at the photos of the band again and smacking myself in the head thinking....just email them and say WISHband Somedays are the kind of days that you can't find your way out of a brown paper bag is I think the saying and apparently I was having that kind of day

Thanks for dropping the email for me, I also see she's out till the 8th of Feb? So I will hold off emailing her, I planned on picking it up at the expo anyways.

We are going to take it to the shop tomorrow to look at the breaks and chain, but I think I might be able to do this.
I cranked for an hour, but I find turning hard, "pit crew" had to come and rescue me few times, as when you lean to turn if you go too far you are stuck in that position.
Hopefully I will have it mastered in time!!!!

I got my bondibands today- i look so funny wearing them, but i will do my very best to overcome that to make me a real wish princess! Can't believe how quickly they arrived, very impressed. Big run tomorrow- 11 miles. Ha ha ha. Fingers crossed.

Trying to find someplace to to run outside today. I am doing 8 miles and hopefully my time wont suck to bad after having the flu and being down all week. Our street is a .25 mile but I dont know that I want to run by all my neighbors 32 times
