I ran my 40 minutes today. I was running 1.1 miles in 16 minutes so I'm happy with my time. I had to switch my rest day until tomorrow as I'll be driving home and won't have time for exercise. I made a serious mistake by eating dinner before my run. I was really hungry so ate and then waited more than an hour. I'll not make that mistake again.

Last part of the podcast this week was about the marathon. Never having been to one, I found it very interesting.

Stacy: Hope Cait is feeling better soon! PS: Didn't Heather's LO just make you even more annoyed about the party? LOL Great LO though.

Also regarding the P&P party I MADE a skirt, people! It's white with skulls and pink roses. I took a class just to learn to make it. I'm SO BUMMED! But we're only going to be there one night so I'm keeping our tickets and we're going to cross our fingers and hope for the best.

Man i wish i were with you in GA today -- it is about -5 degrees here (seriously). And it STINKS. I wore my flip flops around the house yesterday to break them in for WDW and man, i just wished for warm weather..
And Lauren, if you guys are still goin to the party, then we will too! LOL I know, i am complaining about it, but i am going to go anyway, and just enjoy the night with my new bling around my neck! LOL

I have tried to stay healthy but luck didnt hold out. Yesterday morning I felt it coming on and started Zicam. Felt too icky to run last night and worse today so no workout today either. I need to beat this so I can at least get in my Sunday workout and wont lose a lot of training time. I hate beng sick

Actually, it is from this past October, when we went to Disney and MNSSHP. My husband and sons went as Pirates, and I went as Princess Aurora's Queen Mother (who doesn't have a name ).

Since I do not look like the beautiful Ariel picture that used to be my Avatar, and in honor of the Princess Marathon, I thought I would put my Princess-y pic up.

I've started my first ever Pre-Trip Report yesterday for our upcoming trip in March and have included pictures of my pirates if anyone is curious.

I think she just forgot. I asked her to quote on a dozen...I am hoping for $60 for a dozen. I also asked about custom colors. If it works out, I will have to figure out payment and distribution...

No I train on the TM. I hate being cold. I am going to try to do some outside closer the marathon depending on the weather.

I do my long walks on Sunday. Last Sunday I did 6 miles in 91 minutes. This Sunday it has me dropping back to 4 miles. I am hoping to increase my pace on Sunday if I am feeling back to normal.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I hope that turns around for you very soon! I hate being sick. I've stopped shakeing hands with people at work recently. Luckily most women in the south don't shake hands, but now when new attorneys come into the room I make sure my hands are full of some equipment and just give them a smile and a nod. I don't need no stranger germs on me! Don't they know I'm "in training"

It's lovely! I loved dressing up for the Halloween Party. My DH and I were Sandy and Danny from Grease. I made a pink poodle skirt and everything. Except my poodle was a cat and I kept calling it a cat-oodle skirt. Having a chance to dress up is so much fun.

Sorry y'all are all so cold! I know it doesn't make anyone feel any better, but with my thin south blood I'm FREEZING! I've got fingerless gloves on in my office while I work on my computer. Santa brought them. Greatest invention ever!
