Hi all...
Been gone a loooong time. I'm back to training and losing weight. It is a late start for the 1/2, but even if I get swept, as long as I make mile 8, it is a start for me. My mile time is currently 17:20, so I'm hoping I can bring it down a bit between working out and losing weight.
Anyhooo.... I'll be doing a complete solo trip, arriving on the 4th and leaving on the 11th. I was wondering if we had a list of those who are running the race, walking and doing both??
Also, when are the rest of y'all arriving? Is there a dinner organized for the night before yet?
Okay..enough questions for now.
