Oh, Cath - I am so sorry - I always forget about that thread - guess I always think of us as PMSers and never look for anything else! I am good - but sounds like you are better, you "snowbird"!
Good Morning!
Things are going well here so far. The move was long and I managed to unpack somewhat before my mother in law showed for a visit. She is leaving tomorrow so I'll be able to get back to setting things up at the house and getting organized. We threw so much into the garage so I need to go through everything and decide where to put what.
The weather has been absolutely perfect. Wish it could just stay like this all year round. That would be awesome!
Ty really likes it down here and got a job within 3 days of us getting here. He's back up north right now celebrating his 18th birthday. Can't believe my baby is 18!
Oh Shelly, I just love it here! The weather has been absolutely perfect and there is just so much to do and see!
My MIL leaves tomorrow so I'm looking forward to getting the house all set up and looking purty. Also looking forward to getting back on some kind of a schedule. Morning coffee, some housecleaning, hit the fitness room and then then the pool. Gosh life is tough. LOL
Once I do get settled in I plan to start thinking about some business ventures I may want to pursue. Have a few things kicking around in my head.
One thing I am so looking forward to get back into is cooking. There is just so many awesome markets and fresh produce here. I've already been doing some and I just love it!!
I think life here will be good.
How are things with you? How are the girls? Are you still teaching?
I am glad you are so happy Cath - you always were a Florida girl at heart! Wish I could get DH to leave here ......but he LIKES the winter! And well, I kinda like him - but don't tell teva, she'll think I am making eye contact again!
Girls are good, thanks for asking! Oldest is in second year of college, youngest graduates HS in June. I am still teaching - supporting kids as part of inclusion in third and fourth grade.
Where is your oldest going? Has she decided on a major yet? Ty graduates this year too. He finished up all his classes in January so he didn't have to do school down here which was nice. We'll be travelling back up in June so he can march though. Can't not see my baby march!!! We'll also be up in May because Chris is graduating from UNH.
Does you senior have any plans yet?
