Can you help? Are there any tricks to getting onto the Disney passholder website. I am back from a trip a couple of weeks ago where I turned in my AP voucher for my actual pass. I have been typing in my "code" on my AP into the info on the website and it takes me nowhere....... It's getting really frustrating. Am I doing something wrong? I have quadruple triple checked that I am typing in exactly what my AP says for my AP #.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I had read another thread not too long ago, that person was also not able to access the website. They ended up calling Disney and something had to be reset in order for them to log in.

Good luck :wizard:

I just used the passholder site and had no problem. Just wondering, are you a registered user on any other disney sites? disneydirect.com? both hubby and I have accounts on other disney sites (disneydirect.com) and have never had a problem logging in. If you are not registered, maybe you should...it's a good thing. Once you are registered, you can use the login/pw for any of the sites, even the online room booking. My hubby just got a new AP in May and I logged right in under his new account. I wanted to make sure his account was registered with his new passholder ID, so that we continue to recieve passholder emails as we both have in the past. If this is not the problem, maybe you need to call, or email them (I'm sure there is a section on the disneyworld.com site for emailing problems).

I have the same problem -I cannot access it from my laptop computer even though I have my security settings and so forth as they recommend. I can login through my husband's computer and so forth. I called Disney and someone there logged in for me using my AP and was able to get in so I knew it worked. You could try that - just for test purposes - if you don't have another computer in the house.

I'm guessing it is something to do with my antivirus software or something but I haven't been able to figure it out. :badpc: :earboy2:

Did you type your name in all caps? I know it doesn't work for me if it isn't. Also don't forget the drop down box in the first space on the second line.

Are you using a laptop? I'm not able to get on the site from my laptop, but can from my desktop. I know another DISer has the exact same situation.

Try putting in everything EXACTLY as requested (and exactly as on your AP) UNTIL you get to the last entry block. Then, if your AP has only a 2-digit number at the end, put a single zero in front of that number to make it 3 digits. That is how I got it to work, in spite of the fact that the passholder site form indicates a four-digit number at the end.

May not work for everyone, but it's worth a try. :flower:

I keep getting a system error today. Normally I have had no problems getting in.

I have had issues on and off with that site. I can log on with friends ap on my laptop. Never tried my own on laptop but desktop I had no problem.

This response was made for me! I've had an AP for 3 years, never could get on the website, even after I called the AP line and they tried to help me. But after reading this, voila! Know what made the difference? Putting my name in with all Caps. Thanks.
