Calling all 'Ohana Experts! (Bread Question)

Hi all! I have been to 'Ohana zillions of times, but never for breakfast. Can anyone who has been to both meals tell me, is the bread served at dinner the same as what they offer at breakfast? I want to bake the dinner bread. There is an online recipe for "Ohana Dinner Bread" that uses some crushed banana. I made it once and it was fine but nothing special, not very sweet. I swear when they bring the dinner bread they refer to it as "Pineapple Coconut Bread," but THAT recipe is called "Breakfast Bread" and appears to be small pieces of dough baked in a 13 x 9 pan, not the loaves we get at dinner. Perhaps its the same dough, just shaped differently at breakfast? Does anyone know? My family LOVES the dinner bread and I hope to surprise them. Thanks!

It's different. The breakfast bread is kind of gooey and has an icing-like topping - it sort of reminds me of bread pudding. The dinner bread is more loaf-like.

Though maybe the dinner stuff is the basis for the breakfast bread. It's kind of heard to tell when something's buried in syrup......

The breakfast stuff reminds me of Kings Hawaiian Rolls with pineapple and icing on them. I don't find it coconutty at all. It is definitely not the same stuff they serve at dinner. All the recipes I can find online for the dinner version have the banana and no pineapple or coconut.

Thanks for updates! I suspected the breakfast bread was something different... And from what I can read, leftover breakfast bread is indeed used to make the 'Ohana bread pudding DESSERT... But wonder why no accurate recipes for the soft, sweet loaves they serve when you sit down to dinner? The mushed-banana loaves I made from the online recipe weren't very sweet at all. I am going to make the breakfast bread. Maybe it will convince my crew to get up early and do 'Ohana breakfast one day! I have always wanted to try it.
