thank you, he's not my dog, but he came from the same rescue group i got mine from, and since he is from our rescue group, i feel like he is one of ours too. yes, he should have a chip in his neck. i live south of orland park, and i dont think he will get as far as here, so im trying to do my part and post on the disboards since alot of people read them, i thought it might help.
