Hi there! We will be in a 2-bedroom suite at the GF with another couple. The ressie is in the other couple's name, although I believe that my and BF's names have been added to the ressie.
As a surprise to our travel mates, I would like to arrange for a bottle of fine champagne to be chilling and waiting in the room when we arrive. I would prefer Perrier Jouet or Krug to kick off our vacation.
Two questions:
1. Can I contact the GF concierge for them to handle this (not sure since the room hasn't been secured on my credit card, and I don't want to abuse the system!)?
2. If I can have them handle this, I assume it won't be a problem getting a finer champagne, being that Victoria & Albert's is on-site?
