Good morning - MIL is coming today to take Stephanie overnight. We are going to rent a R rated movie and watch it at 8pm instead of 10pm and then we are going to get a stuffed pizza and watch it in front of the tv.

Just my luck Kevin will get a call and then I'll be watching my movie and eating my pizza alone. This would not surprise me!!

Happy 4th of July!! Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday! We are having a family cookout at our house. DH is back in bed as they made a warehouse fire last night. Hopefully he will wake up in time to cook as the grill really isn't my area! LOL

Well I have tp post while I can! We are preparing for Huriicane Dennis. Landfall should be in a few hours. Hope anyone else who may be affected bt the storm is safe! OMG - I can't believe you are in Dennis's path . Please be safe and let us know how everything is after the storm is over. PD to you, your family and your community.

Hi - how's it going? Things are great here. The weather has been hot hot hot and it's been a great summer to use our pool. I haven't had a tan this good in 3 years

We were once again blessed by no direct hit! DH worked 48 hours straight. No damage here, never even lost power. Thanks you all for your thoughts and prayers. Hurricanes are just sort of expected here. I'm ready to trade pateches or shirts!! Let me know the details! You gals are great!

I'm so glad that you and your family are okay. Hurricanes are scary!! We always go to Florida in Sept and we have twice had to flee the area because of a hurricane coming. Once we had to flee the Tampa area and last year we had to flee WDW because of hurricane Jeanne. They kinda freak me out, but we always made it out okay.

Mad4Mickey - ohanafamily told me that he spoke to you and that you said "Hi". So....Hi back to you also . When you get a chance, please PM me with your address and I will send you your t-shirt right away. When does your son start wrestling again? Is that a sport that starts in the summer, or does it start in the winter? What grade is he going into this year? Stephanie starts 1st grade this year and she is really excited about it. She's also excited about going to public school this and being able to wear her own clothes. She really hated wearing a uniform last year in the Catholic school.

I actually had posted my own thread but Mad4Mickey suggested I post here as well. Here is a copy of the post:

I have a 16 year old son with Down Syndrome and he collects police and fire patches. (He has an interest in both because Dad is a sheriff's deputy and both Mom and Dad are volunteer firefighters.) He says that someday he wants to be a fireman!

I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has any police or fire patches that they would like to share with him for his collection. I would be happy to reimburse for shipping costs!

If anyone has any please PM me and I'll send our address.
