4 adults staying at Pop Century the 6-13 of September.

I have come up with this itinerary.

Wed- Check into Pop and go to AK for EMH. :bounce:
Thu- Magic Kingdom :mickeyjum
Fri-Magic Kingdom (Night of Joy) :mickeyjum
Sat-Epcot :figment:
Sun-Epcot :figment:
Mon-MGM :smickey:
Tue-Typhoon Lagoon :sail:

We do not plan to park hop at this time.
Please give me your honest opinions if this will work or not. I am flexible if need be. Thanks and have a magical day! :rainbow:

I dont really have any suggestions because all you stated was the park you were attending on that specific day. I would never spend two full days at Epcot - that is just me. I would spend more time at Animal Kingdom. But, it is all up to your individual preferences. :)

I would put a couple of days break in there. Unless you aren't planning to stay at the parks all day. Believe me, when we went to WDW last May, we did 4 days straight. It was not fun towards the end- my feet and ankles and back hurt SO bad. I would suggest no more than 2 days in a row of parks.

Looks great to me! The only thing I'd do differently is to have Typhoon Lagoon in the middle of the stay to give a day off from all the walking... but I always like to be in the park on my last day, so it's probably just my preference.
Sounds like a marvelous trip!! :thumbsup2

I agree that if you spend all day in the parks you won't make it to the end of the week---not unless you normally hike 10 miles a day. If your intention is to only spend a few hours a day in each of the parks it will be fine. I also agree that moving your water park day into the middle of the week will be better.

Maybe a few more details would help in coming up with a plan.

Here are the "Best Parks" and "Parks to Avoid" from touringplans.com:
Wed, Sept. 6--Best: MGM Avoid: AK
Thu, Sept. 7--Best: EP, AK Avoid: MK
Fri, Sept. 8--Best: AK Avoid: MK, EP, MGM
Sat, Sept. 9--Best: MK, EP Avoid: MGM, AK
Sun, Sept. 10--Best: AK Avoid: MK
Mon, Sept. 11--Best: MGM Avoid: EP, AK
Tue, Sept. 12--Best: MK Avoid: EP, MGM, AK
I agree that you might want to throw the water park somewhere in the middle to break up all the walking. Have fun at Nights of Joy--I would love to see Mercy Me and Casting Crowns! :)

If you are planning the nightly EMH, it will still be somewhat crowded. Just be prepared. I also agree to a "non-park" day. Even if you just sleep in and go to the hotel pool, then Downtown Disney or Boardward.

DD15 and I will be at POP the exact same days as you and your itinerary is similar to ours, especially at the beginning. We are planning:

Wed. - Check in late, no parks

Thu. - Tea at GF, then MK for Spectro & Wishes

Fri. - MK (Night of Joy)

Sat. - MK (Night of Joy)

Sun. - MGM

Mon. - EPCOT

Tue. - AK

Wed. - MK in morning then fly home

I think your plan looks great, except as others have said, maybe do the water park more in the middle. I would definitely do EPCOT 2 days because it's huge and I love it. We have AP's and have been many times, so we mainly just do our favorites at each park now. Maybe we'll see you there!

Hey, I just noticed you're from Alabama too!

Personally, I would not do that same park on back to back days. I like to mix it up a bit and then usually end up at MK on the last day. I would like the two days at Epcot, myself. :jumping1:
