Calling all EXCHANGE facilitators!

Okay, I need help! I am running an exchange on another board (for ladies due in August) and need some logistical help. How do you match people up? Is there any rhyme or reason? Any tips? I know how to set up the threads and what to include, but am unsure of how the "other side" works.
