**Calling all dis dieters**

I haven't been involved in the last weigh-inns but would like to join in, is there anything that has to be done to join like PM with starting weight or how target weight to loose? Is it ok to join?!
 
Yes, Please do! And September is a great time to start (or for those of you that are continuing.... September's a great time to keep continuing :))

Hi, we would love you to join us :wave2: Basically, the way it works is Netty posts a new thread every week (usually Sunday night/Monday morning). Everyone then posts throughout the week with their losses (or gains if they've been naughty ;) ) We give each other lots of advice and encouragement. As Netty said, we aren't going to be doing the weekly weigh-ins now until September but feel free to join in with us then or if you want to join Kathryn (Strommie) and I with weekly PMs, just let me know :)
 
Whenever I go on a proper diet I seem to put more weight on!
