Calling All December 13, 2003 Eastern Cruisers!

Hi there! My dh, 10 year old son (he'll be 11 then) and I are heading out on the December 13 - 20 Eastern Cruise. Anybody out there going to be on the same cruise?

We are! Myself, DH and DS who is ten and will be 10 and a half at the time are going!

That's wonderful!!! Maybe we could introduce the boys. Dana would love *knowing* someone.

I think that would be great for Mike too, he is quite shy although he is very used to the ship as this is his forth Disney cruise.

Fourth!! That's awesome! We've only done the Wonder, so we're pretty excited. We've stuck to WDW before that. But we were pretty sold on the ship last April, and are beyond excited at going back.

We'll be there....but we're bringing an almost 11 yo daughter....

December seems so farrrrrrrrrrr away....we have to go through
the long hot summer first.....but it will be great when it gets here....

Are any of you guys going to decorate your stateroom? Or are any of you going to WDW before or after?

There are so many decorations on the ship there really is no need. And we'll be back in the great white north four days before christmas (we'll decorate here before we leave)

The great white north, eh? We are the kind of people who live for December 1, and have all decorations up and ready to enjoy. We love the pre-Christmas time, and don't want to miss any of it. <sheesh> I seem to be living on this computer today.

Ours go up the day after thanksgiving! By December first we may be blanketed in snow!!

Oh the outside stuff must go out earlier. Like you.. we can get a lot of snow here, and early. I'm talking the tree and trimmings INSIDE.

Christmas season starts the day after thanksgiving here,, infact if the inlaws get out of the house early enough DS usually starts asking if we can start decorating that night.

Then you guys aren't going to break down and put up a tree or a decoration or two??? Mike will have to come to our stateroom for his *fix*.

We are more than happy to visit your stateroom Sandie-as long as you provide beverages
Seriously though if you want I will email you some of the xmass decorations they have on board, you REALLY don't need a tree, my guess is there are AT LEAST 15 trees and wreaths on board, tons of decorations!

I'll talk to the guys, and see if they want to bring the tree on board, or leave it in the van. We'll have it with us for WDW anyway. Now decorations! We gotta have those. It just isn't December without those!!!

Been away and just saw this...as Ann said, we'll be there. Me and DD, then 10. Plus a whole slew of mods and various family members.

Should be fun!
