Calling all CORE people!

Hey All -

I just started Weight Watchers Core Plan, and I just KNOW I'm going to have lots of questions.

Anybody got any tips? Anything it took you a while to figure out that you'd like to pass along?

Or just say Hi so I know who the Core people are, (okay, and who to pm when I'm stuck!:thumbsup2 )

And how much have you lost on Core?

Core person here...on day 2...lol! I was a flexer, but wanted to try something different and easier. SO core it is! I have had a good 2 days, it keeps me from nibbling!
 
:wave: anniet!! Good to see you posting again. :)

I am a lifetime member of WW who has spent years and years on flex with great success, however, once I made lifetime I plateaued, so a couple of months ago I changed to Core and I love it. Here are my latest stats from the Weight Watchers thread:

Core....Week 9

Rough week this week, ate way too much for no good reason but to eat. Weighed in this morning and I am down .2. Today was another bad eating day (DS's 12th birthday party....laser tag, pizza and ice cream...oh my!). Back on the wagon eventually!

Week 1: 3.8
Week 2: 0
Week 3: 0
Week 4: .6
Week 5: .4
Week 6: 1.6
Week 7: .8
Week 8: .4
Week 9: .2

Total = 7.8 pounds lost in 9 weeks, I guess that is not bad since I am under goal. I just need to get back to it and stop the splurging.

Although I am not as strict with myself as when I was not at goal, I still find Core to be a great plan to follow.

My typical breakfast is Egg Beaters with a slice of fat free cheese and one slice of lite bread with skim milk. Snack is usually fruit and lunch is protein, salad and fruit. Once a week I like sushi made with brown rice, which is one of my favorites. Afternoon snack I like an ice pop or cottage cheese with tomatoes. Dinner is always a lean protein, two vegetables and either a baked potato or brown rice. For the evening snack I like to have fruit and/or a WW smoothie.
