Hey Chicago dwellers or people planning a visit to Chicago.
This one isn't free but it was one heck of a good deal. If you purchase a museum family membership for the St. Louis Science Center for $75 (you can do this online and you don't have to be a St. Louis resident) you can then use the same membership card for free entrance into the Field Museum, Science and Industry, Nature Museum in Lincoln Park, Navy Pier Children's Museum and a couple others I can't remember. There's an entire list of "sister" museums and organizations throughout the country that accept the membership. AWESOME deal for a family. We found out about it having family that still lives in St. Louis. We used it all summer for "vacationing" in Chicago.
