Just a quick update - I ended up trying Lou Malnati's - YUM! I also ended up going to Giordano's and trying their stuffed pizza later in the week. Again - YUM!!

As you can tell, I love pizza!

Ahhh, this makes me miss having an Uno's close by. Nearest on is on 192 in Orlando!

I'm going to Chicago next week, and I really want to try some of that pizza that Chicago is so famous for.

I'm going to be staying in the downtown area at the Chicago Renaissance hotel and can only go out in the evenings, so I don't want to stray too far from that location. I'm willing to go a few miles, but I don't want to go out to the 'burbs, if you know what I mean!

Suggestions?

We were in Chicago in August and ate at Bacino's which is right on Wacker downtown! The signature Stuffed Spinach Pizza is incredible! This was SO different from all the other "Chicago Style" pizza I've ever had. Just thinking about it makes me contimplate making a sunday drive to Chicago! We had their regular pizza too which was very good. But the Stuffed Spinich was oh SOooo amazing. Don't miss it!!

Giordano's is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we will be up in Chicago on the first of November for our wedding anniversary and we stop there before getting back on the train.

Lou's ALL the way! HAND'S DOWN the best Chicago Pizza.

I ate at Pizzeria Uno dowtown and wasn't really impressed. (Or was it Due? I think it was because my friends and I kept laughing about it; we couldn't figure out the name! LOL!)

ETA - I just realized that this thread is old, but I love Chicago pizza so much!

Now I'm tempted to order some of the frozen pizzas from Lou's!
