Calling all Card Crafters!

Hi y'all! I forgot to put something out about this the other day. I am AMAZED with all of the wonderful cards y'all do--I promise myself I'll do that every year, and never manage to do so.

Anyway, we have a Card Count section in the Annual scrappin challenge thread. I'm going to update tomorrow and/or Tuesday. If you don't care, post on this thread how many cards you did in JANUARY, and I'll update from this!

Keep on knocking out those cards, everyone!

I need to kit some cards for a craft night we are having at school so I'm going to count those as cards for me.

I won't be using an original sketch, just something from another site, but it does help me sometimes to see others takes on the sketches.

16 (two Basic Grey kits worth). Yes, it would be less expensive to make them from scratch, but I love Love LOVE the basic grey card kits, and using them, the cards actually get MADE instead of just resolutions.

I have just started making cards and I am loving it! Here is a question...I made half of DS's valentines...does each valentine count as a card?

In December, we made about 200 cards! Each of DSs and DDs teachers, specialists, therapists, aides, etc. (about 20 people in all) got a pretty tin of 8-10 assorted/all-occasion cards we made. Our little Cuttlebug was smokin'! The cards did look great and were relatively quick to turn out. We may do the same for end-of-the-school-year gifts, but if I make another card soon, I might explode!

But, Valentines...hmmm...that's a good idea. I'd think they'd count towards the Challenge.... Not sure DS will go for homemade ones for his class, but maybe...?

Sounds good...I need inspiration for DH's birthday card. It always stinks that his birthday and Valentine's Day are a week apart.
