Hey Fellow Canucks! Just some things for us to keep in mind when we are thinking of the big dollar factor!
One thing I am definetly not going to spend a lot of money on is fresh flowers. We can't bring our bouquets back over the border because of customs, so why bother spending a lot of money on something that we don't even get to bring home with us!
For those of us who are close to the border, there is no doubt that the cheapest way to fly is with departures from the states. For those who are a little too far to fly out of Buffalo (or your nearest American airport), don't forget that WEST JET now has flights to Florida.
For your guest, let them know that VISA normally has a promotion in the early to mid fall where you can buy your disney park hopper passes at par through your VISA card. Also, you can redeem your airmiles towards Disney Park Hopper Passes. (I think it is about 2200 airmiles for a 5 day hopper)
Any other advice that anyone has for their fellow Canucks?
