The BWI concierge rooms are pretty much the same as the other rooms in the resort in terms of size and furnishings.
The rooms do not have a refrigerator.
The louge is large with many seats available. There is a balcony where you can see some of the Illuminations fireworks.
The breakfast is pretty standard but does have croisants and english muffins (not all resort concierges have them. It is one of the ways we jokingly rate each concierge.) LOL
The lounge during the day has snack food like pretzels, chips, salsa etc.
The evening service had a couple of hot dishes with the usual cheese and fruit plates along with a white and red wine.
The late evening desserts we usually didn't get to so I really can't say.
YOu have to ask for pop/soda and it is not cold.
The CMs in the lounge are friendly and helpful. Our stay during super bowl sunday this year was very very good. The super bowl party at the lounge was pretty good. Our stay in October seemed more average. No magical pixie dust so to speak. They seemed to be have a lot of CMs in training.
Overall, we like the resort a lot. We like the convenience of the boats. They stop first at BWI from Epcot and BWI is the last stop before heading to Epcot.
