I'm glad you like them! Not too many places sell "lime green" leis. LOL I wouldn't go to all this trouble if they weren't this type of lei and weren't LIME green. LOL

I just got a call from Beth after their visit to the eye doctor

The short of it, Caitlin needs to take some eye drops for a bit, her eye got scratch during the rucus yesterday.

He thinks it should heal fine but she will have some discomfort for the next few days.

We go back on Thrusday for a followup.

DORI.. I remember TERRY and I dressed up for 60s night with tie dye shirts as well.. you did it better of course..

I don't remember seeing you at the party, but as I recall it was fairly crowded. I still have the daisy chain too. (One of the advantages of having a mom that used to be a florist, she made it from silk flowers so it wouldn't wilt.) It's on the shelf in my bedroom. A good dusting and it should be good to go! I still have the beads too!

John and I went to 60's Night, it's when the band was dressed up like The Beatles and played all Beatles' songs. I handed out glow necklaces...Anyone remember??

We didn't make it to 70's Night, which is when Dori was wearing her tie-dye. We'll DEFINITELY make it to 70's Night this time though!!

Terry, FYI - DisneyCrazzzy's name is Anna. (I have worked with her and her husband, Curtis, for about 9 years now.) I noticed that she's the only one that didn't have her name listed.

I can't remember who was wanting the nautical flag magnets in the last few pages, but Anna (DisneyCrazzzy) is the one to talk to.

BTW - Andy, thanks for the list of movies! The only one I've seen is The Chronicles of Narnia. Of course, I read the whole series of books in junior high.

A lot of people don't realize that "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" is not the first book in the series, it's the second or the third (I can't remember right now). Here a bit of trivia for everyone - C.S. Lewis (the author of the Narnia series) and J.R.R. Tolkein (the author of the Lord of the Rings series) were close friends. I didn't realize it until Devin did a report on Tolkein a few years ago.

Well , I guess that I better get some work done today. I've spent more time than I should have getting caught up on all the gossip (10+ pages), but I can't show up on board the Magic totally clueless!

Doreen--I stood up pretty darn quickly once I felt the water running down my leg, LOL!!!.....I'm taking it easy tonight, the afternoon heat really started getting to me, I couldn't get the water in to me fast enough.....came home from work, crashed in my lazy boy and took a nap. Just to think, it has to be done all over again tomorrow, and it is even supposed to be hotter then it was today.

Only 11 more work days until my vacation starts!!!

Hello Everyone out there!

I originally posted a really long time ago and have just been extremely busy.

This will be the second cruise for my family and I. We are sailing w/ my MIL and FIL and BIL and his family. MIL, FIL and I have early seating, but BIL has late. We had their reservation liked to ours, but they received their cruise docs today and they still have late dinner seating.

Is there anything I can do to get this changed for them?

I really wish I could get the DIS at work! Instead my company filters it I miss all the fun all day.

You're right, Dori! "Lion" is the second book in the series, the first is The Magician's Nephew. We just recently re-read that one. It could've been made into a cool movie, with a little embellishment. That book tells the origins of what eventually becomes the Wardrobe.

Terry - I recall you said you live in B'water. My bestest, closest, dearest friend lives in E.B. - I know it well!!!

Who's going to get 9300???? I can't believe how posts have taken off in just the last few days!!! Everyone's excited!!!

Paula--OMG I read your post and just had to go see for myself and guess what---I could'nt resist the pirate outfit Our DD turns 9 1day before we leave so we are celebrating her birthday on this cruise---soooo One more outfit to add to the gifts---I think she will be thrilled and I can hardly wait for her to be able to do the pirate!! I could'nt believe the parrot and everything---she will be on I was able to justify it when my mother said she would go in on it with me and it would be a gift from both of us. I did forget to mention in my previous post that DD ordered the Ariel costume for her cat the other day with a gift card she had from Xmas and it acutally came today and is the cutest!!! --The red wig is a riot!! So she has most of the disney collection as of her birthday with the exception of Mulan---I know they have Woody and Buzz too I think but they are not princesses if you know what I mean. Now for her to decide which princess or Tinkerbell to dress her cat in for the Tea Party---such decisons!!!
