The Bon Jovi concert last night was great fun! It was the last night of the "Have A Nice Day" tour and they played for three hours. Nickelback opened for Bon Jovi and they were great too! One thing though, it was extraordinarily hot at Giant Stadium - extraordinarily! In my head it was screaming "Everyone hold still and stop giving off additional body heat"! Okay, I am officially middle-aged!

Hello All!

Every time I come to this thread I try to read 10 or 11 pages to catch up before I try and post anything, but I never make it all the way without any interuptions.

I didn't see if anyone had gotten their documents. Ours came a few days ago and they are sitting in a place of honor on our kitchen counter! We are all so excited! We are even trying to force feed my two year old son books and shows about Mickey, etc. "Hot Dog!" I'm pretty sure he'll be terrified of the Mouse. We went on the Magic when he was 5 months old and he looks highly dubious in every character picture. (Where is the 'highly dubious' smilie?)

Has anyone reserved hair braiding or wrapping yet? Do you know the procedure? We reserved on the ship last time and almost every appointment was filled prior to me getting there (second in line). I supposed they were concierge level guests' reservations, but with the slew of things that we can reserve prior to travel now I'm wondering if this may be available now too.

I hope I am not covering old ground! I love reading your posts; I'm afraid that I am off topic or something so I rarely post.

Thanks for all the welcomes! We are flying down late Fri night after the kids last day of camp. Staying at the MCO Hyatt (got an amazing deal) and then probably doing a Budget rental car.

DH & I have cruised on Disney before. We just left the kids home last time. The kids are looking forward to the pools. They didn't like the one on RCCL. There was only one and it was too deep for my younger son. After watching the DVD last night he can't wait to go!

They are still getting used to the idea that we have been planning this for months. We went so far as to have my older son do a book report on the Mayan Ruins (his teacher had assigned a non-fiction book report) after I gave him some excursion info and asked if he thought it sounded interesting.

For those of you in Massachusetts, we are in Ashland (west of Boston for everyone else).

Since the Magic will be in the Med next year we will be visting our first home (The Wonder) next August for 4 days, but have plans to book the Magic in 08/2007, probably the 23rd.

Thank you, Shirley! That helps a lot! I think that the ressie for hair was on the morning of day 2 when we last sailed, so I may not have been looking for that info during the hubbub of the first day!

As far as other cruises ...
We were thinking of trying for a DCL Med cruise next year, but that may not be in the budget. If we can convince any of our family to go on a shorter Wonder cruise we will definately book one of those. We'll fit in as much DCL as we can!
