ANNA!!!!!!!OMGosh!!! My Cabin mate!!! How are you?? Bob and I were just talking about you not too long ago and we forgot what your screen names were!!! You and i opened our adjoining doors for the "fools" stateroom tour!!!

so are you on this cruise??? I can't believe it!! How are your Dh and the boys??? I remember you guys being the snorkel family!!I am so excited to be able to see you again!!!! what your stateroom number?? We are in 2022, down in steerage this time!! LOL!!! we are in deck 2 for the 1st time!!!!

and by the way, i took a pic of your cabin door!!! LOL!!!! If you want a copy, i be happy to send you one!!! you certainly had a heck more magnets than i did!!!

But at least Melinda captured a picture of our door from last year. That makes me happy... I've been wishing for a year that I'd gotten a picture.
I jealous of you Mel since you are going on the Med repo too. Wish we could be there, but to much $$$ and I don't want to be gone that long in the summer (the only time the weather is fine in Seattle...and my garden would miss me...you should have seen it when we got back last year after three weeks from home).

Curtis, Lucas, Trevor and I are all doing well. Looking forward to this cruise!!!

...and for those who've made it this far through this post....the picture shows some of the nautical letters I had last year....I'm still taking orders for a few more days (until Friday or so) and then I'm done....

Finally convinced you did I??? Well, my continued requests are self-serving. If somebody asks for magnets, I have to print them, and to print them I need to use a full sheet of magnet paper, and so any extra space I use to make more magnets for our 3 doors....

...I showed my husband how many I had so far and he said "Enough already!!!" I don't think you can ever have too many door magnets....kind of like too many shoes ... KWIM???

I'm so proud of myself, I just made my very first magnetic door sign!!

It's a pretty simple sign.. I used the "Waltograph" Disney font, put the DCL logo on the very top, the words "TERRY & JOHN", then a banner/logo with the official Pirates of the Caribbean skull and crossbones and the words "Pirates of the Caribbean" on it... then beneath that "Cruising with the Pirates of the Caribbean" then a small black flag with a skull and crossbones. Simple, but cute!

I have 3 more sheets of magnet paper, I'm going to keep playing around and make 1 more for our cabin, and 2 for DSs' cabin.

Thanks for highlighting my boo boo. I sent Tina a PM as well. Hopefully nobody printed off the cabin list yet....

It is a bit amusing...on my first cruise last year I somehow kept getting confused between our cabin (6030) and our neighbor's (6032). Melinda was in 6028. I mentioned several times that we were in 6032 on the disboards....and kept getting corrected by those who pay attention. I guess I don't really care where I am on the boat as long as I am ON THE BOAT!!! Maybe this also explains why I have so many magnets on my door. If not, I'd probably never be able to find it.

...and I would definitely not want to miss any possible, hoped for, looking forward to, fish mail!!!

We purchased the DCL lanyards on our last cruise and used them. It worked out well, and keeping around our necks meant that no one lost theirs. We also slipped our ID in the back for when we went off the ship. I don't know if you could use the badge reels, as they would require a hole in the KTTW, right? Or can you find reels that don't require a hole in the card? Can you punch a hole in it without invalidating the card?

From what I've read, you can punch a hole in your KTTW card, as long as you don't go through the magnetic strip! Since you won't have the card until you check in anyway, I'd ask at the terminal, just to be sure they haven't changed on this. I know in the past a lot of people said they punched holes in their cards.

I've also seen a lot of people wear the lanyards around their necks, Joyce.

Hello My Dis Friends............
I would like to share something with ALL of you !!! Tonight was a highlight for me and it made me the happiest in a long time. I will try to give a short version, I had a passion with my puppy Dante to do agilty with. For a long time that's all I did, some say it was an obession. I would take private lessons once a week, train in the ring once a week, you get the idea, when I got sick,I gave up the private & training and missed 2 classes. Thought I wouldn't ever do agilty again. Tonight I went to class for the 2nd time ( shh against Chuck's wishes ) and they did a competion that was complicated. You had to come up with your own course and each thing was worth a certain amount of points. You needed 19 to qualify and only had 35 seconds to do it in. Dante came in first and had a total of 37 points !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even stumbled on the course and almost fell but Dante kept going. Then of course I had to try and catch up to him. He never took his eyes off of me. I am soooooo proud of him. I will not give up on agilty now. Thanks for letting me share this with you all. Tina
