Hi everyone,

Hope everyone is doing good. Just had about 10 pages to catch up on. Been real busy between work and studying for 2 tests at school. :teacher: I got my biopsy report back on the endoscopy that I had, and everything is fine. I just have to stay on Nexium. On Wednesday, I got a cortisone shot in my elbow for a "tennis elbow". :faint: I don't even play tennis LOL, but it hurt. I'm afraid of needles.

Bobby - I really enjoyed reading your "Live from the Magic" post. I felt like I was there with everyone.

Mary - how is your dad doing? How are you doing?

Darlene - how's Stan doing? How's your ankle?

Doreen - hope you are feeling better.

Jennifer - congrats on Emilie's adoption being finalized. You must be thrilled.

Linda - would love to hear about your cruise since we're going on the Glory in August. :boat:

Sue - I hope you are feeling much better and I'm sorry I missed your birthday. Hope it was a great day.

Lisa - hope you had a happy birthday too.

Terry - any definite dates for the April meet? Hope you are doing well.

Ed - congrats on your new car. Hope you enjoy many trips in it.

Andy - thanks for sharing your pictures from your trip. They were really nice.

Hello to anyone I missed. I have a project to work on for school but wanted to say hi to everyone.

Bev :grouphug:

Hi Bev--glad to hear about the good health report!!!!! :flower:

BEV
I am so glad to hear your test came out ok. How does your elbow feel? A shot in the elbow sounds painful. Did it work? :goodvibes

Thanks for asking about Stan. He seems to be doing very well. The chemo causes some fatigue but he's a trooper. :cool1:

I do have a question for anyone who has been through the "sick spouse" thing. Is it ok to get mad at a sick spouse when he does something that you would have creamed him for before he got sick? I'm struggling with the guilt of being angry at my poor DH. Of course he deserves it. But should it really matter that he did something that drives me crazy as long as he is here? :confused3

Up too late,
Darlene :hourglass

Good morning everyone!! Well, I survived my week of craziness as a mom and a wife. So many things happened this week since EASTER I wasnt sure if I was coming or going....

I was dog sitting... had to go there 3-4 xs a day.. EASTER... Marty's back procedure... Getting over pnuemonia...Jaclyns practices.. my kniting classes... I went on a field trip to ROCHECSTER MUSEUEM of SCIENCE until 5pm on day with DANIELS class... Daniel had Scholastic games with science and spelling on Saturday while Jaclyn had a game in CORTLAND STATE at the same time... and yesterday Daniel had that GREATER SYRACUSE SCHOLASTIC SCIENCE FAIR(GSSCF) which we had to be at from 1030 until 730 pm... Man am I tired...

Luckily... ( If I may brag here a bit) for those of you that kow Daniel.. he is a science whiz and a brain... he got HIGHEST HONORS at the GSSSF and got an award from DISCOVERY CHANNEL that gets him to be one of 400 contestants to be part of the big science fair in Washinghtion DC (and one adult) in OCOTOBER... I cried when they called his name.. WAHOOO  :cheer2:
Now he has to write a 1000 word essay about his project. :teacher:

Ok now to you guys.. HAPPY :bday: BIRTHDAY to those I missed... and get well to those that are still sick..

GOD BLESS POPE JOHN PAUL II

Have a gret day everyone...

Doreen

this time change really hurts on MONDAY..... :guilty:
DOREEN

Yea, take a cat nap, I'm still trying to adjust to the time change myself. I just stopped by the house for my morning break and Hazel is already back to sleep.

Congratulations to Daniel :cheer2:you must be so proud.

How is Marty making out from his back procedure? Your days are really full, no wonder you are sick. Is Karen making a full recovery from her knee surgery? We haven't seen her on here lately.

Just checking in before I head off to bed. I went to see my orthopedic surgeon after work for my check-up. I wound up getting a cortisone shot in my right knee. Because of the nasty weather we have been having, I have been in extreme pain since Friday. The shot made me a bit sick to my stomach after I first got it, but I am starting to feel better, and the pain in my knee is feeling less severe. I go back to see the doc in six weeks.

Good Night All!!! :faint:

Switched over last week from 11/11/2006 to 8/19/2006 and am celebrating reducing our long wait between cruises by 3 months!

It will be me, (Carol), DH Ed, DD Katie 7, and DS Tripp 3.

I may have some long reading ahead of me to catch up on this thread and who's going!

Welcome aboard. :wave2:

Me (Ed) , dw(beth) & dd caitlin(9) at time of cruise.

Well, it's now 1:30am and guess where I'm at, not sleeping that's where. Just took some medicine to try and help settle down my tummy a bit. Gee, get a shot of medicine to help one area of the body, and it messes up another area. Oh, the price we pay to make ourselves feel better. Don't mind me, I'm just rambling on, lack of sleep will do that to you, LOL!!!

Goin' to give it another try, night all!!! :wave2:

 Welcome Carol and Family!

This is a no children cruise for us :cool1:  but we do have DS10 and DS13.

Welcome aboard, looking forward to getting to know you :goodvibes
